BG Series of Glass Steel Coating (FRP) Products
	1. FRP Brief Introduction FRP also called as Glass Steel (unsaturated polyester).The coating is a kind of decorative protection coating applied on Glass Steel surface, is widely applied in locomotives, car components, architectural door and windows decoration, and athletic sports facilities. These products have equal feature of good adhesion, excellent weather and chemical resistance, also with good performance property.
2. FRP Products BG Series of Glass steel Coatings are made from modified acrylic resin, weather resistance pigments, solvents and additives. It can be varnish or color paints. The color paint can be directly sprayed on the substrate as primer or finishing. There are two series of products: one component paint and two components paints, also, classified as curing at room temperature or low temperature baking dry.

a. BG-10 ： Single Component Varnish: Good adhesion, self-dry at room temperature, can be used as binder to make all kinds of color paint. b. BG-11 ： Single Component Flaring Paint: has special metal flaring effect, easy performance, excellent chemical resistance, can be directly sprayed on the substrate as primer or can be sprayed on primer as finishing, also can be sprayed on color paint surface as primer . c. BG-12 Single Component Plain Color Paint: Brilliant color, easy performance, excellent chemical resistance, can be directly sprayed on the substrate as primer or can be sprayed on primer as finishing, also can be sprayed on color paint surface as primer . d. BG-20 Two Components Varnish: High glossy, excellent leveling property with rich paint film; high hardness, good weather resistance. The paint film has excellent integrated multiple properties. It is suitable to be applied as varnish for all high grade products surface decoration and protection. e. BG-21 Two Components Flaring Paint: has good metal flaring effect, high hardness, excellent chemical resistance, can be directly sprayed on the substrate as primer or can be sprayed on primer as finishing, also can be sprayed on color paint surface as primer . f.BG-22 Two Components Plain Color Paint: As primer: excellent inter-layer adhesion, offer good filling property and good abrasion resistance, applied together with top finish.
